Abstract

The purpose of this research is to strengthen teachers’ professional competence so that asatidz (Islamic educators) can effectively adapt to the digital era. Qur’an teachers are expected not only to master the technical aspects of recitation but also to embody the spirit of dakwah and cultivate a deep love for the Qur’an. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method to enrich the findings and ensure optimal research outcomes. The results indicate that teachers are able to deepen their understanding of tajwīd (rules of Qur’anic recitation) and enhance their teaching strategies to align with the needs of modern learners. Furthermore, they are able to understand the development of Qur’anic pedagogy and manage Qur’an learning effectively in accordance with established standards, thereby achieving optimal learning outcomes.
