Konsep Kepemimpinan Nabi Yusuf AS dalam Surat Yusuf Ayat 43-49 Perspektif Kitab Tafsir Tahrir Wa Tanwir

Abstract

This study examines the concept of leadership of Prophet Yusuf AS in Surah Yusuf verses 43-49 from the perspective of the Book of Tafsir Tahrir wa Tanwir. Honest and trustworthy leadership is key to building harmony within society. However, the phenomenon of leaders not adhering firmly to these values becomes a serious issue, impacting chaos and dissatisfaction among the populace. These qualities, when accompanied by patience and steadfastness, form the foundation of quality leadership. The method used is qualitative analysis conducted on the content, structure, and character approach in these verses to understand the concept of leadership of Prophet Yusuf AS. Primary data is primarily obtained from the Book of Tafsir Tahrir Wa Tanwir, while secondary data is from journals, articles, and related books. This research is expected to provide new insights into how the leadership of Prophet Yusuf AS can be applied in contemporary and relevant contexts.
