1. Ownership
Asian Journal Science and Engineering (AJSE) is owned and published by CV. Creative Tugu Pena, a legally registered company in Indonesia (legal registration number AHU-0014940-AH.01.14 Year 2019, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia). CV. Creative Tugu Pena is the sole owner of the journal and holds full responsibility for its publication, finances, and continuity. Details and the legal document are available on the Publisher page.

2. Management
The journal is managed by an independent editorial team appointed by the publisher:
- The Editor-in-Chief (Sugeng Hadi Susilo, Politeknik Negeri Malang, Indonesia) is responsible for the scientific content, the editorial policies, and the final decision on every manuscript.
- Handling Editors and the Editorial Team manage the peer review of each manuscript and give recommendations to the Editor-in-Chief.
- Reviewers evaluate the manuscripts and give expert recommendations.
- Technical Support manages the journal website and the OJS system.

3. Editorial Independence
The publisher is responsible for the business and financial management of the journal but does not interfere with editorial decisions. Decisions on the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts are made solely by the editors on the basis of peer review and the journal's policies, independent of commercial considerations, including the payment of the article processing charge.
4. Sources of Revenue
The journal is financed by the publisher and by article processing charges paid by authors after acceptance. No fees are charged for submission or for reading articles. Details are available on the Article Processing Charge page.
