Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Islam terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BMT Assyafi’iyah Berkah Nasional di Lampung Tengah

This research is motivated by the change of leadership from the old to the new leadership, there have been many changes in employee performance in the BMT Assyafi'iyah Berkah Nasional environment in Central Lampung. While still under the old leadership in the period 2020 to 2022, employees had a low performance ethos. On the other hand, when leadership is assumed by new leadership in the 2023 period, employee performance begins to improve and there is almost no conflict with employees. The method in this research uses quantitative data analysis. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, questionnaires. The sampling technique used was quota sampling, with a total of 35 respondents. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, prerequisite tests, simple regression analysis, hypothesis testing via t test, and f test as well as analysis of the coefficient of determination (????2), From the results of research data processing, a simple linear regression was obtained Y = 5,729 + 1,075. Simultaneous calculation results obtained partial test results obtained for t count (43,865) > t table (2.03452) < t table (2.03452). Based on the hypothesis testing criteria, namely t count > t table, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be stated that with a value of 43,865 > 2.03452. This means that variable X (Islamic leadership) has a significant effect on employee performance.
