Analisis Kinerja Guru Profesional Sertifikasi terhadap Kegiatan Pendidikan di Lingkungan Pondok Pesantren
Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of certification on teacher performance, especially in Islamic boarding school environments. The type of research used is quantitative correlation research, because this research aims to find out whether there is a relationship between certified teachers and their performance. Based on the relationship studied, namely training and work discipline on the performance of certified teachers, analysis results were obtained. The methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, t test, F test and dominant test. The results of the multiple linear regression equation are as follows: Y= 5.122 + 0.344 X1 + 0.371 X2 + e. The t test for the training variable tcounts 2.747 > ttable 2.002 with a significant value of 0.008 < 0.05 and for the Work Discipline variable then tcounts 2.531 > ttable 2.002 with a significant value of 0.014 < 0.05 meaning that the Training and Work Discipline variables have a partial effect on the performance of certified teachers in Pondok Sukorejo Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School. The F test value Fcount 13.906 > Ftable 3.16 is significant 0.000 < 0.05 that Training and Work Discipline simultaneously influence the performance of certified teachers at the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Islamic Boarding School. The coefficient of determination or R square value shows a value of 0.328, from these results it means that all independent variables (Training and Work Discipline) have a contribution of 32.8% to the dependent variable (Work Performance) with a low or weak but definite level of determination, and the remainder is 68.2% was influenced by other variables not included in the research..
