Pengembangan Video Slideshow Berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learningpada Materi Perkembangbiakan Tumbuhan

Problems The learning process of elementary of natural sciences, especially in the matter of plant breeding, is less interesting and must adjust to the development of science and technology that requires teachers to be able to develop and master learning technology. This research aims to develop practical and easy learning media to improve student learning outcomes in plant breeding material. This type of research used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). Research and development (R & D) is a research strategy or method that is quite effective in improving practice. The subjects of the media use test in this study were grade VI teachers and grade VI MI students in Kaloran District, Temanggung Regency. Development of learning media with slideshows on learning and understanding of science material by (a) Conducting preliminary research, (b) Conducting planning (defining abilities, formulating goals, determining materials and learning sequences, (c) Developing learning media with slideshows, (d) Material expert test and media expert test, (e) application in learning.The results of the development of a CTL-based learning video slideshow on the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences in Plant Breeding material for grade VI students in Kaloran Sub-district, Temanggung Regency, are very appropriate to be used based on the results achieved as many as 19 students or 95% complete and 1 students or 5% students are incomplete. This means there is an increase in student learning completeness. This increase is as expected, which is above 75% of the total number of students. The 95% completeness criterion that is above 75% indicates that the improvement of learning learning activities has been successful.
