The Independent Learning Curriculum is a curriculum that gives schools the freedom to explore their abilities according to the facilities and resources, as well as giving freedom to teachers to convey essential material and teachers provide wide and free space for students to maximize their potential. In the independent curriculum there are project-based co-curricular activities designed to strengthen efforts to achieve competencies and character in accordance with P5. The Pancasila student profile is one of the efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, which prioritizes character formation. In the current era of technological progress, globalization, the role of values ??and character education is very much needed to provide a balance between technological development and human development. The formulation of the problem in this research is How (P5) in learning PAI Merdeka Curriculum in class IV SDN 3 Bumi Aji with the aim of finding out (P5) in learning PAI Independent Curriculum in class IV SDN 3 Bumi Aji. This research uses a qualitative method using collection techniques data, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the Implementation of the Project (P5) in PAI learning in the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in class IV SDN 3 Bumi Aji can be said to be that the P5 learning process in PAI learning can be said to be quite good in the learning process and its application, because it makes Islamic Religious Education learning more enjoyable and of high quality. and meaningful because it uses P5 learning in the independent curriculum peserta didik memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis, karakter religius.
