Indonesia is a country of law, all state officials must act in accordance with the law and all people living within the Indonesian environment must obey the law. However, the law in force in Indonesia has not yet demonstrated its effectiveness, so the objectives of the law are not achieved properly. The very familiar term is "the law is blunt upwards and sharp downwards", such is the law in Indonesia. The law is very binding and cruel towards the common people, while for the rulers it is as if the law does not apply. The law for rulers and people who have money can be bought and sold, as evidenced by the widespread bribery that occurs in Indonesia. So in society's perspective, the law will fall when there is money. One of the problems of law enforcement among Indonesian society is that people are ignorant of the law, the law is very far from justice and the authorities are arbitrary towards the little people.
