Kesetaraan Gender dalam Perspektif Tafsir Al-Quran : Studi Analisis terhadap Peran dan Hak-Hak Perempuan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the perspectives of Quranic interpretation regarding gender equality. The focus is on analyzing how Quranic verses are understood and interpreted in relation to the roles and rights of women in society. Gender equality is an important global issue that is increasingly discussed in academia and practiced in contemporary society. This research will explore the opinions of Islamic scholars on the concept of gender equality as presented in the Quran and how these ideas are applied in society. The study will utilize a qualitative approach, analyzing interpretations and relevant literature. In today's digital era, Quranic interpretations are easily accessible, allowing for a thorough analysis of the semantic and syntactic meanings of verses. The expected outcome of this research is to shed light on the perspectives of Islamic scholars regarding the understanding of gender equality and its implementation within the historical and cultural context of Islam. This research seeks to make a meaningful contribution by promoting gender equality in Islamic communities and by suggesting alternate solutions to address the current ongoing discourse on this issue.
