Abstract

Madrasah are Islamic educational institutions which are currently required to produce quality human resources and produce students who excel in academic and non-academic fields. This research is qualitative research, taking as its background MTs.N 3 Jembrana Bali. Data collection was carried out using direct observation. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, data validity is carried out by conducting triangulation with two modes, namely comparing observation data with interview data and comparing interview data with the contents of related documents. The research results show that as MTs.N 3 Jembrana which has made many achievements in the academic and non-academic fields, of course it cannot be separated from quality human resources in optimizing a culture of quality in order to improve academic achievement. This effort can be optimized through: 1) Developing students' talents and potential which includes: a) self-development activities. b) life skills education. 2) Optimizing student learning activities which includes: a) curriculum development. b) developing the quality of the learning process. c) development of human resources in madrasas. d) development of madrasa facilities.
