Abstract

The roles are tasks and obligations that must be carried out according to their function in a system. As a source of scientific thought, philosophy plays an important role in formulating educational ideologies that lead to science. Philosophy has a systematic role in the implementation of science which will lead to a view of the results of the educational process. The fundamental ideology of education in Indonesia must refer to the philosophy of the Indonesian nation, namely Pancasila. Axiology as the basic foundation of education has a role that is not easy. As a branch of philosophy, axiology discusses the scientific theory of value. Values in axiological philosophy are divided into two, namely ethics and aesthetics. Ethics discusses the theory of moral values, morals and human behavior. Meanwhile, aesthetics discusses the value of an object, whether abstract or concrete, which in this discussion emphasizes the values contained in the independent learning curriculum. The research method in this research is qualitative library research or what is often called library study or literature study. Data collection in library research research is looking for sources and constructing them from various sources such as books, scientific articles and research that has already been carried out. The conclusion of this research is that axiological philosophy has a very vital role not only in its development. More than that, axiological philosophy is the basic basis for formulating an independent learning curriculum so that in the process it produces Pancasila products through Pancasila student profiles.
