Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to determine the implementation of centralized education financing in elementary schools in Surakarta. Centralization as a financial plan arrangement includes school income and expenditure plans. The final training funding that supports the administration's movement, to be more specific, evaluation as a review, is a financial assessment and responsibility for the school. Meanwhile, the funding source comes from BOS. The consequences of supporting the administration in working on the nature of education in Surakarta Elementary School, should be seen through the allocation of assets to RAKS, especially through the appointment of assets for understudies as extracurricular exercises, allocate assets for educators through expanding the amazing skills of educators such as salary rates, dispensation of assets for offices , , especially by expanding the office, office repairs and maintenance. In training, boards can be characterized as the movement of unifying instructional assets, so that they are centered on meeting predetermined instructional goals. The basic elements of a board consist of organizing, sequencing, convincing, and controlling. With this management function, it can be applied in managing teacher quality development so that its implementation can be well planned and organized. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The form of implementation of financing management in improving quality in Surakarta Elementary Schools is the achievement of school programs and their financing.
