Pengaruh Rekrutmen dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Aliyah Guppi Samata
Abstract
At the Madrasah Aliyah GUPPI Samata, this study aims to explore and assess the consequences of recruitment and compensation on teacher performance. The investigation utilizes ex post facto research that is quantitative in form. 22 teachers were part of the study's population, whose was surveyed utilizing a saturated sample. Questionnaires are handed out as a part of the data collection method. The data collected were then subjected to numerous and simple linear regression analyses, and the coefficient of determination was assessed. The findings of this study demonstrate that teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah GUPPI Samata is greatly influenced by recruitment and payment. This suggests that enlisting and compensation serve a part in establishing the result of teachers at the GUPPI Samata Madrasah Aliyah. Hence, it's necessary for recruitment and compensation. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna menganalisis serta menguji pengaruh rekrutmen dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru pada Madrasah Aliyah GUPPI Samata. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 22 orang guru yang menggunakan teknik sampling sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data adalah penyebaran kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah GUPPI Samata. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah GUPPI Samata sangat tergantung pada sikap dan penghargaan. Oleh karena itu, rekrutmen dan kompensasi harus dianalisis secara hati-hati untuk mempengaruhi kinerja guru secara positif.
