Abstract

This article explains how the application of quality management concepts and principles can improve the quality of education. Quality education is an important factor for the development of society and the country. To improve the quality of education, a systematic and sustainable approach is needed that can be applied at various institutional levels. The method used in this article is literature study. In this review, we will look at the main concepts of educational quality management, the challenges in implementing them, and the benefits that can be achieved through this approach. Various case studies from various educational institutions will be developed to provide a realistic picture of how quality management can make significant changes in educational processes and outcomes.
