The role of education is very important to improve the quality of personal and community. Therefore, education becomes the main instrument in building the civilization of a nation. Education in question is education that can awaken the potential contained in every human being to realize his role as an adaptive and transformative social creature, that is, those who have faith and pious quality, are creative, innovative, productive, independently disciplined, professional, have adequate skills and have a high work motivation. In the perspective of Islamic education, quality humans are people who can answer internal challenges and global challenges towards a democratic society. Whereas the main characteristics that must be possessed by qualified human resources are: (1) observing worship according to the demands of their respective religions, (2) noble and virtuous and virtuous morals with commendable exemplary attitudes, (3) creative behavior and professional, (4) has a firm stand and (5) provides a resonance of truth around him.
