Kinerja Guru Aqidah Akhlak dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa MTs

This research focuses on educators' professionalism and discipline in teaching. Teacher-student relationships and the teacher's ability to design teaching programs impact student understanding and learning achievement. Teacher performance, including program planning, implementation, and evaluation, is significant. This study aims to answer how Aqidah Akhlak teachers in class VIII MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung contribute to student learning. The field research method was used with interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results highlighted aspects of Aqidah Akhlak teacher performance at MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung, such as planning, mastery of material, teaching methods, assignments, classroom management, and assessment. However, the lack of students' intrinsic learning motivation still limits the impact of teacher performance on learning outcomes. This research emphasizes the importance of teacher professionalism and its relationship with learning outcomes. The link between teacher performance and student motivation is essential for successful educational outcomes. Future research could focus on strategies to increase student motivation, to maximize the impact of teacher performance on learning outcomes.
