Urgensi dan Implementasi Kebijakan Pendidikan Anti Koruspsi di Perguruan Tinggi

The practice of corruption has become a very worrying phenomenon in the life of the nation and state considering that many political elites from the executive, legislative and judiciary have been caught up in corruption cases. This article aims to examine the urgency of anti-corruption education policies in tertiary institutions. The method used in this research is normative juridical. Researchers conducted a literature review of laws and regulations related to the theme studied. Also through searching the results of studies and other references such as tracing studies on scientific papers that have been published related to research. Researchers also made observations through various online and offline media that described elites who were caught up in corruption cases both at the central government and down to the regional level. The analysis technique used is data triangulation through the stages of data reduction, data display and data verification. The data produced in this study are: 1) The phenomenon of corruption is very concerning, 2) Corruption practices occur in a very systemic manner, 3) Corruption practices must be addressed immediately through anti-corruption education policies in tertiary institutions.
