Abstract

One of the efforts to improve the performance of tourism business actors is the application of digitalization which will provide opportunities for business development. This study aims to examine how and how strong the influence of digitalization on tourism business actors in Ancol DKI Jakarta. The type of research used by the author is quantitative with data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a sample of 70 people from all business actors in Ancol DKI Jakarta. The results showed that digitization had a positive effect on tourism business actors in Ancol, as for the output of the SPSS version 24 application, the correlation value (R Square) of digitization was 0.215, which means that digitization has an influence of 21.5% on the performance of actors. tourism business in Ancol DKI Jakarta.
