Peningkatan Kemampuan Murid PKBM Yayasan Miftahul Jannah melalui Pembelajaran tentang Ilmu Public Speaking

The purpose of this research is to increase the ability and capacity of PKBM Miftahul Jannah’s students who carry out package B and C education. Unlike schools in general, the students here are taught a lot of religious knowledge. Activities every day routinely begin with morning prayers and sunnah dhuha prayers first before starting learning. Not only free schools, the food needs of the students and educators of the Miftahul Jannah Foundation are also met by the chairman of the foundation. Every day, after the Duha prayer, they all move to the house of the chairman of the foundation to eat first before continuing teaching and learning activities. Schools at PKBM Miftahul Jannah Foundation start from 07:00 WIB to 12:00 WIB. The midday prayer must also be performed before going home. the students from PKBM Miftahul Jannah Foundation are orphans or underprivileged in terms of education costs so those who still have the enthusiasm to study are given free school relief at this foundation. Even the environment around the mosque is not completely good, so even in this foundation students are taught religious knowledge and good character is formed. We realize that in schools in general, including at PKBM Miftahul Jannah, they do not provide learning about public speaking. It may sound easy, but our group agrees that public speaking needs to be taught to them from a young age because there are many benefits of public speaking, one of which is being able to convey ideas well. Therefore we held knowledge sharing and training on public speaking.
