Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam Mengembangkan Budaya Religius pada Peserta didik di SMA Al - Muayyad Surakarta

This research aims to provide an overview of 1) the Headmaster's Strategies in Developing Religious Culture among students at Al Muayyad High School in Surakarta, and 2) the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors in Developing Religious Culture among students at Al- Muayyad High School in Surakarta. This study utilizes field research with a qualitative research method. Data sources include the headmaster, educators, and students. The data collection method involves data analysis during interviews, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results indicate that the headmaster's strategies in developing religious culture among students at Al Muayyad High School in Surakarta are in progress but not yet optimal. Some strategies employed by the headmaster to develop religious culture among students include: habituation strategy, exemplification strategy, and partnership strategy. The habituation strategy involves activities such as familiarizing students with praying Zuhr, reciting the Quran, and instilling the culture of "5S" (smile, greetings, interactions, courtesy, and politeness). The exemplification strategy is implemented by setting a good example for teachers and students. The partnership strategy involves collaboration with external parties to develop the religious culture of students. Supporting and inhibiting factors in developing religious culture among students at Al-Muayyad High School in Surakarta include the support from the headmaster and teachers, which play crucial roles in fostering religious culture among students.
