Abstract

The millennials use Instagram (Ustadz Hanan Attaki) for digital da'wah, or religious broadcasting, as well as the motivating and impeding factors that may affect these efforts. This investigation was conducted using a library search and media studies studies. Data for this study was gathered by analysis using a variety of library materials, including books, journals, and documents. In this study, the methods of data analysis were observation and documentation. Three types of triangulation, including source triangulation, data analytic methods, and data reduction, are used to assess the validity of the data in this study.  The findings of this study demonstrate that religious broadcasting among millennials on Instagram (Ustadz Hanan Attaki) uses social media as digital da'wah through a variety of activities, including religious broadcasting, accelerating Islamic da'wah mobility, using media as an educator and motivator, and engaging in da'wah media campaign activities. Superior social media features, media dissemination, and da'wah messages in the process are reproduced and disseminated to many channels through the sharing of mad'u, communication style in the da'wah of ustad Hanan Attaki, are the supporting factors for the use of social media as digital da'wah in religious broadcasting among millennials on Instagram (Ustadz Hanan Attaki). As for factors inhibiting success such as limited time and managing ideas in conceptualizing, differences in understanding religious references, access is still limited to only people who already know social media
