Abstract

This article discusses the Impact Assessment of the Digital Library Program. Data collection techniques were obtained from in-depth interviews, FGDs and direct observation of all relevant stakeholders. The results of this data are used as unified material together with the SROI calculation. Based on the results of the SROI calculation, it was found that the SROI ratio reached 3.23: 1. This ratio means that every Rp. 1,- invested in the Digital Library Program, is able to produce a social impact of Rp. 3.23,-. As a new initiation in the implementation of the TJSL program which originates from education issues, the number of these ratios is already quite large in producing a social impact.
