Wawasan Al-Qur’an tentang Musyawarah (Suatu Kajian Tematik)

This study aims to analyze verses in the Qur'an about deliberation. The type of research used is library research using a normative theological approach. The data collection method is carried out by searching reference books in the form of books, tafsir, fiqh, journals and other references relevant to the object of study. The results of this study show that deliberation in the Qur'an is only expressed in three forms of vocabulary, namely shura, shawir and tasyawur which in essence is a human association to discuss a matter so that each of them expresses their opinions and then the best opinion is taken to be mutually agreed, as well as removing honey from beehives to produce sweet honey with the aim of building life Social is calm, peaceful, and imbued with a spirit of unity and unity. The Qur'an considers it important for community involvement in the problems faced in reality. Details of patterns and methods are left to each community because one society can be different from another society according to the context faced.
