Upaya Pendidik dalam Pembentukan Akhlakul Karimah Peserta Didik di SMP IT Teladan Kotaagung

Education is the main factor in the formation of the human person. Education plays an important role in shaping the personality of students, namely good and bad personalities. The low morals of this nation is of concern to all parties. Educators are the frontline in helping to create character building in schools. However, ahlakul karimah is not something that can be easily changed, so it is necessary to form children from an early age. This study aims to determine the efforts of educators in the formation of akhalaqul karimah students at Middle School of IT Teladan Kotaagung. This study aims to determine the learning program at Middle School of IT Teladan kotaagung in the formation of akhlakul karimah. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data sources through the IT Middle School Principal, the Head of the Curriculum Division, and the BPI Teacher. The analytical method used is three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification. As well as testing the validity of the data using triangulation (sources and techniques) andmember check. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of Educators in seeking the formation of Aklaqul Karimah for Students at Middle School of IT Teladan Kotaagung through several school programs as follows: 1. Al-Qur'an Quarantine 2. Tahfidz Session 3. Morning Assembly 4. End of Year Camp 5. Friday at sharing 6. Week of Love Qur'an and Semaan 7. Basic Leadership Training 8.Outting Class. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, it shows that the efforts of educators in forming akhlaqul karimah for students at Middle School of IT Teladan Kotaagung have been going well.
