Abstract

The LKPD that was used before was only a sheet of paper containing practice questions. These practice questions are only used to measure the knowledge capacity of students, therefore they have not been able to increase the activity and creativity of students in learning so it is necessary to develop teaching materials that support learning. The purpose of this study was to develop and find out the results of the due diligence on worksheets based on the CTL Approach Assisted by the Canva Application in class IV Science subjects at SDN 2 Segalamider. The research method uses Research and Development (R&D), which is a system of expanding an existing product or creating a new product. This development research utilized the ADDIE model which was expanded by Dick and Carry (1996). This model has five stages, namely: analysis (analyze), design (design), development (devolepment), implementation (implement), evaluation (evaluate). . Data collection was carried out by giving a pretest and posttest. The subjects of this study were 18 fourth grade students of SDN 2 Prestasimider. The data collection technique for this research was by conducting initial observations, interviews, pretest and posttest, teacher assessment, and student responses. The results of this study were 95% of the results of the material expert validation test in the very feasible category, 96.67% of the results of the design expert validation test in the very feasible category, and 93.33% of the results from the practicality test. The effectiveness of LKPD is based on the increased learning outcomes which can be seen from the average posttest score compared to the pretest average score. From these data it can be concluded that there are differences in learning outcomes using the CTL-based LKPD assisted by the Canva application by only using LKPD by taking the questions in the class IV Science book at SDN 2 Segalamider.
