Analisis Penggunaan Pendaftaran Online (SIST-BrO) di Puskesmas Demangan Kota Madiun berdasarkan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

The SIST-BrO application is an online-based integrated health information system. This application was launched for patient services in all health centers, especially in the city of Madiun. The SIST-BrO application is very helpful for patients to register from home without having to queue first. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of the SIST-BrO online registration at the Demangan Health Center, Madiun City. This research method is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with 5 indicators of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, behavioral intention to use, and use actually (actual system usage). The subjects in this study were patients who came to the Demangan Health Center and the objects were residents who came for treatment using the application. The results of the study show that this application is easy to use, operate and makes it easier for patients to use.
