Analisis Link and Match Kurikulum SMK Jurusan Teknik Alat Berat

The Link and Match program basically aims to match the competence of SMK graduates with the needs of DUDI (Business World/Industry World). The link and match of vocational high schools with the world of work in the business world/industry covers several aspects, including: setting competency/expertise standards, curriculum development, and education system management policies. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the Link and Match Curriculum for Vocational High Schools in the Department of Heavy Equipment Engineering, by comparing the demands of the curriculum from the Government with the Curriculum from Industry engaged in Heavy Equipment which is also entrusted by the Government to foster schools that have majors in Heavy Equipment Engineering. The results of the curriculum analysis show that the demands of the government curriculum are far higher than those of the industrial curriculum.
