Keterampilan Mengelola Kelas Guru Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa

The purpose of this study was to determine the success indicators of classroom management skills in increasing the learning interest of grade 5 students at SDIT Al Hidayah Cilandak Timur, South Jakarta and to describe the classroom management skills of SKI teachers in increasing students' interest in learning in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) in 5th grade at SDIT Al Hidayah, East Cilandak, South Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were taken by means of observation, interviews and documentation then data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results from this study indicate that the indicators of the success of classroom management skills in increasing the learning interest of grade 5 students at this school are six. The achievement of learning and learning objectives, the interaction in learning and learning activities, positive and productive learning activities, intrinsic motivation in the teacher and students, does not feel tired during and after learning activities, and there are no incidents during learning, and the skills of managing the SKI teacher class in increasing student interest in the subject of Islamic Cultural History class 5 tends to increase, namely with feelings of pleasure, attention in learning, interesting learning materials and teacher attitudes and the benefits and functions of subjects.
