Problematika dalam Pelaksanaan Ibadah Haji pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

The purpose of this study is to explain the problems faced by the Ministry of Religion in the implementation of the Hajj and the implementation procedures as well as the efforts made by the government in the implementation of the Hajj pilgrimage in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources are primary and secondary. The result of the study is that the Covid -19 outbreak has had an impact on the implementation of the Hajj in Indonesia, so the Indonesian government has decided not to dispatch pilgrims. Problems with the pilgrimage in Indonesia have been encountered since registration, determination of BPIH, coaching, transportation services, accommodation, health, catering, protection of pilgrims, Hajj organizing institutions, organizing committee, and hajj officers. Efforts made to improve the quality of the implementation of the Hajj include coaching, serving, and protecting the congregation. Therefore, it is necessary to revise the content material, including the restrictions on Hajj registrants, the organization and organizing committee, Hajj officers, and the costs of organizing the Hajj.
