Manajemen Kurikulum pada Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu SD IT MTA Karawang

The purpose of this study was to describe (1) curriculum planning at SDIT MTA Karawang, (2) curriculum implementation at SDIT MTA Karawang, and (3) curriculum assessment at SDIT MTA Karawang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The results of the study are (1) curriculum planning includes: (a) curriculum management implemented based on the SBM concept, (b) the academic calendar used from the West Java Education Office and schools to make special activity agendas, (c) annual program, semester and syllabus/flow the learning objectives used refer to the educational calendar and other provisions from the West Java Education Office, (d) the lesson schedule is prepared according to the principles of preparing a lesson schedule; (2) the implementation of the curriculum includes: (a) the implementation of the curriculum involves several personnel, namely the principal as the monitoring party, the teacher as the implementer of learning and student guardians, (b) the learning used is thematic for the 2013 Curriculum, learning uses an independent curriculum for classes I and IV, (c) the implementation of the curriculum is realized in self-development activities in accordance with the character of the school and the potential possessed by students, (d) increasing teacher professionalism, teachers are given training such as IT training, developing the 2013 Curriculum, implementing the Independent Curriculum and workshops other workshops to maximize learning outcomes; (3) curriculum assessment includes: (a) curriculum assessment is measured from learning assessment, (b) in the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum, the assessment consists of four types of core competency assessment, UTS, UAS, and Project. (c) assessment is not only for students but also for teachers, namely the existence of a learning journal form, (d) for students if difficulties are found, it is necessary to do remedial or enrichment, the results of the assessment are reported in the form of report cards.
