Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar Ekonomi melalui Model Pembelajaran Kontekstual pada Siswa Kelas X di SMA N 6 Merangin

This study aims to identify and describe: (1) Application of the contextual teaching and learning model for Economics subject matter OJK and Financial Services Institutions in class X students at SMAN 6 Merangin, (2) learning achievement of class X students. The type of research used in this study was classroom action research (CAR) which was carried out in 2 cycles. The data collection techniques used are i(1) Observation, (2) Tests and (3) Documentation. The isubjects of this research are 7th grade students. The results of the study prove that: i(1) The application of Contextual learning models, in learning Economics OJK material and iFinancial iServices Institutions for class iX students at SMAN 6 Merangin have been implemented well and ithe level iof application in the first cycle was 74% and the second cycle increased ito 91% (2) the learning achievement of class iX istudents iat iSMAN i6 Merangin after ithe contextual learning model was applied increased. in the first cycle of students who completed i5 people or i74% and increased in the second cycle of 30 students 91% completed.
