The Management of Students’ Moral Development with Muwashofat Based at Tahfidzul Qur’an Senior High School Abi-Ummi Boyolali

Negative behavior among students who are currently developing in the community makes evidence of the settlement of moral development quite severe, especially in educational institutions. The research approach was descriptive qualitative at Tahfidzul Qur'an Abi-Ummi High School starting August-November 2022. The research subjects included teachers, principals, deputy principals, parents, students, and counseling teachers. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data validity in using continuous observation and triangulation. The data analysis uses three stages of data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of research related to muwashofat-based moral development at Tahfidzul Qur'an Abi-Ummi High School show that; 1) The results of consulting the concept of moral development based on muwashofat briefing on several student indicators include salimul aqidah, shahihul worship, matinul khuluq, qowiyyul jism, mutsaqqoful fikri, harishun ala waqtihi, munazhamun fi syu'unihi, qodirun 'alal kasbi, naafi'un lighoirihi, and linafsi mujahidun. 2) management of moral development based on muwashofat which involves all elements of the school including principals, teachers, employees, and guardians of Mart Abi-Ummi to create conditions conducive to habituation for the moral development of students. As for the aspects that are developed morals to Allah SWT, to others, and to the environment. 3) Obstacles experienced in the moral development process come from the time factor, teachers, parents, and students' self-awareness. The integration factor is expected to increase good habituation in all actions every day.
