Abstract

Given that the role and position of the state is an interesting object of debate for economists, raises questions in Islam, so that the relation of the state to carry out fiscal policy becomes the central point of the economy to maintain economic stability and prosperity, classical economic thinkers strongly emphasize authoritarian government policies, while neoliberalist thinking is a la Keynesian always behaves leizes feire market freedom determines partiality to capitalists and financiers, so a solution is needed in the Islamic Economics paradigm as a middle ground for Keynesian domination in economic policy, and of course economic prosperity and stability is marked by the great achievements of a country's fiscal policy so as to give birth to prosperous public policies. and of course Islamic Economics has provided a long history of fiscal policy by managing state revenues and expenditures with a foundation of religious spirit, has legal force and prioritizes social justice and the welfare of the ummah, state income with the orientation and system of zakat, fai, khums as well as halal and good receipts so that it has a positive impact on policies and regulations for spending and spending on a good state, formulating how state relations, fiscal policies and the position of Islamic economics are described in a qualitative narrative with a library research approach to give birth to the idea of the existence of Islamic Economics as a middle way for state problems dominated by state debt intervention which is quite tragic so that the author provides a realistic explanation of the role of Islamic Economics in a country's Fiscal Policy
