Konsep Mutu Pembelajaran dan Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhinya

Abstract

The quality of learning is a very decisive thing for a higher education institution which will have implications for the quality of educational output or students' critical thinking skills. Therefore, it is important to make efforts to improve the quality of learning continuously. This research is a review, descriptive, and based on a non-empirical design. Information is collected through secondary sources, namely books, articles, journals, electronic sources, and other related theories. There are internal and external factors that can affect the quality of learning. Several factors or elements that play a role/affect the quality of learning with the following indicators: 1) the accuracy of the design of learning materials; 2) the length of the weight of teaching and learning time; 3) variations of teaching and learning strategies; 4) the frequency of assignments/homework given; 5) the frequency of assessment/progress of student learning outcomes; 6) proper use of media and learning resources; 7) conducive learning climate; and 8) appropriate assessment techniques.
