Violence is an indent that give a negative impact which caused in murder from small thing. This is anphenomenon that considered as an act human right violation, it can be a notice to arrange a concept. The case that relative have been discussed about negative things. Namely the case that include violation of human right or criminal law in education it can violete the law and it is not an unteasonable phenomenon. This research intends to see concretely the optimization of the teaching profession at MTs Miftahul Huda Jambon . The focus of this research into realization is: how to use Law 35 of 2014 which is used by Islamic education and how to optimize the teaching profession at MTs Miftahul Huda Jambon . The results of data analysis by realizing the law by realizing optimizing BK teachers, having adequate infrastructure facilities so that they can claim a sense of security for all madrasah residents. Therefore, everything that happens during the learning process wants to maximize the teaching profession using learning methods that do not contain elements of violence.
