Manajemen Konseling Islam (Sebuah Alternatif Problem Solving Stress Akademik Siswa SD Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19)

The purpose of this study was to find scientific answers to the problems studied, namely Islamic Counseling Management to overcome the academic stress of elementary school students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is descriptive qualitative. with primary and secondary data collection methods. Primary data were obtained from various scientific articles relevant to this research study. Then secondary data is obtained from other sources such as the official government website, trusted articles and expert opinions. Based on the data collection, the important thing from this research emerges is that Islamic Counseling Management can be one of the determinants of student learning success during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Then from the collection of the two data, it can be seen that the hypothesis of this research is that BK teachers will be able to help students solve academic stress during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study indicate that, first, the BK teacher has the right technique in interacting with students, namely pedagogic abilities. Second, BK teachers will be able to better understand the condition of their students, due to the first reason. Third, students will be more comfortable with BK teachers, compared to other teachers who rarely have the right approach competence to students. These three indicators can be used as the basic foundation for why Islamic Counseling Management is needed for elementary school students.
