Pendidikan Manajemen Transportasi dan Logistik Universitas Maritim Amni Semarang dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Global

Facing the challenges of Globalization Era and Readiness to enter the era of Asean Economic Community (AEC) Economic Market, Indonesia seems to be in doubt. Due to the availability of experts in the field of Transport and Logistics is still very inadequate, one of the toughest challenges facing the Asean open market is the use of experts in the field of Transport and Logistics. This aim of this study was to obtain a global marketing strategy in the Indonesian market for Indonesian companies. This research used descriptive analysis method. The result shows that skills activities, entrepreneurship, job training are more encouraged to support the improvement of the quality of the existing workforce. From the explanation above, it shows that the demand for skilled and quality human resources is an absolute requirement so that the Indonesian nation is not only a market share for other ASEAN countries but also participates as a major player in the world market arena. Therefore, Universitas Maritim AMNI Semarang responds to the challenges in the business world of transportation and logistics in the provision of education to create a curriculum of education of logistics experts who are reliableand globally reputable.
